The label of the red wine “Tolos” draws inspiration from the extraordinary architecture of the Abruzzo tholos: shepherds’ huts and pastoral structures built in dry stone, symbols of an ancient and authentic tradition.
The interwoven geometric shapes on the label evoke these mountain shelters, witnesses to a way of life lived in harmony with nature and the mountains.
The design, essential yet bold, is created through a tailored layering of die-cut natural papers, reflecting the spontaneous ancient architecture, largely unknown outside the region, that has accompanied pastoral life and Abruzzo’s culture for centuries.
“Tolos” is a wine that carries with it the strength and wisdom of the mountains, encapsulating the essence of a rural world far removed from modern life, yet deeply rooted in the land and in tradition.
