For the special edition Famiglia Cillario 2024, we developed a packaging design for Ceretto’s Barolo Brunate, starting from a reference deeply connected to the Langhe territory: the exterior of the Barolo Chapel in the Brunate vineyard, in La Morra, artistically reinterpreted by Sol LeWitt.

We took inspiration from this exterior artwork, reworking its bright colors, geometric shapes and curved forms into a graphic system that also recalls the movement of the surrounding hills. The result is a collection of six different labels, each with its own color combination, but all connected by the same structure and visual language.

This choice intentionally breaks away from the more traditional and monochromatic style of Ceretto labels. Color becomes the main element, giving the packaging a more contemporary, artistic and collectible character.
The project creates a dialogue between wine, territory, art and printing techniques, using packaging to reinterpret an imagery that has become deeply connected to the Langhe.
