This packaging project represents the Tuscan territories within its innovative label. Thanks to the production techniques utilised, the label is strongly recognizable, communicative and consistent with the elegant approach adopted by the winery.
Based on Cecchi Family’s claim “territory’s keepers”, we have built a story upon these landscapes, treasure of the Tuscan wine, which are unique in the world, made of perfect hills and gravel roads with secular cypresses.
The stylised cypress silhouette recalls the lock of an imaginary door, of which key, the Cecchi’s are the only custodians. This concept is strengthen by the discreet and three-dimensional eye, which looks at the majesty of the landscapes.
The label develops on three layers made of different natural papers, each one with a different fibre texture, automatically glued one on top of the other and perfectly positioned. This play of superimposed layers creates an elegant depth of focal planes. From the lock-shaped cypress’ foreground containing the eye that looks over its territory, which is printed with a three-dimensional cliché technique, to the curves drawing the hills on top of which stand refined gold cypresses. The presence of the light over the landscape is strenghten by the trees’ shadows.
